The Scottish Fiddlers of Los Angeles bring the driving reels and soaring strathspeys of Scotland’s great fiddle tradition to life, delivering the powerful sound that has shaped folk music on both sides of the Atlantic. Musicians include recording artists, composers, teachers, and dedicated players who share a deep commitment to keeping this vibrant tradition alive.
The Susie Glaze New Folk Ensemble, led by award winning vocalist Susie Glaze, bring a vibrant blend of mountain folk, Celtic influence, and contemporary Americana to the stage. The ensemble’s lush instrumentation, paired with Susie’s soaring vocals, creates a sound that is vibrant, textured, and compelling.
Virtuoso fiddler Michael Kelly, co-founder of the acclaimed Celtic Bluegrass band Sligo Rags, brings electrifying musicianship and cross genre mastery to the stage. Classically trained and seasoned across bluegrass, country, Celtic, jazz, and more, he performs with precision and infectious energy.
Highland bagpiper Dave Champagne completes the evening with the unmistakable sound and spectacle of the Highland pipes. A multi-instrumentalist and seasoned performer, he brings both tradition and showmanship to every appearance.
