The Scottish Fiddlers are thrilled to announce that they will be joined by the incomparable Scottish music duo Alasdair Fraser and Natalie Haas at their April 2024 40th Anniversary Concert.
Alasdair Fraser has long been regarded as one of the greatest Scottish fiddlers playing today and has earned the title of “the Michael Jordan of Scottish fiddling.” His collaboration with cellist Natalie Haas has played a pivotal role in reconstructing and revitalizing the Scottish tradition of playing dance music on violin and cello, infusing their interpretation of Scottish melodies with driving rhythms and improvisation.
